Store Manager in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury and designer fashion retail outlet in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will drive sales, manage a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional service to bridal and high-value clients.

• Oversee daily store operations, sales targets, and inventory management.
• Provide personalized consultations and manage complete bridal orders from design to delivery.
• Coordinate closely with design and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain luxury service standards, generate sales reports, and conduct client follow‑ups.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail team to achieve performance goals.

Requirements: 5+ years in luxury or designer fashion retail with a strong background in bridal/couture. Must possess deep knowledge of Indian bridal wear, fabrics, embroidery, and customization. Excellent sales, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Non‑fashion retail candidates will not be considered.
