Research & Development Executive in Kotecha Nagar, Rajkot

We are seeking a dynamic R&D Executive to join our Nutraceuticals team in Kotecha Nagar, Rajkot. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing health-focused food products, from concept to commercialization. You will conduct research on new ingredients, formulate products, and execute laboratory trials while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve nutraceutical and health-focused food products.
• Conduct research on new ingredients, formulations, and product concepts.
• Plan and execute product trials and laboratory experiments.
• Evaluate raw materials and finished products for quality and performance.
• Maintain R&D records, formulation sheets, trial reports, and product documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Purchase teams for product development.
• Conduct stability and shelf-life studies where required.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) from concept to commercialization.
• Ensure products and processes follow applicable food safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in Nutraceutical / Food / FMCG R&D preferred.
• Knowledge of formulation, product development, food ingredients, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
