As a Senior Purchase Executive at Saffron Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd., you will be the linchpin in ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials, packaging, and other critical inputs to our manufacturing operations. Your role will involve end-to-end procurement, from identifying reliable suppliers to negotiating favorable terms and maintaining robust vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and other requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders as per company requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts teams.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Compare quotations and maintain proper purchase records.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
• Ensure procurement is done as per quality and company standards.
• Maintain vendor database and develop long-term supplier relationships.
