We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Payroll & HR / Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a professional who can independently manage critical functions across payroll, human resources, and business development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations for both Indian and foreign payroll, supporting HR activities, and driving new business opportunities through exceptional client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Indian & International Payroll processing, including documentation, attendance, leave, salary calculations, and deductions.
• Support comprehensive HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and general HR coordination.
• Generate leads, identify and develop new business opportunities, and actively support Business Development Manager (BDM) activities.
• Communicate and coordinate professionally with both domestic and international clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate quotations, follow-ups, proposals, and other business-related documents.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely and effective communication.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records using Excel and CRM systems.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for a Graduate or MBA-HR preferred candidate with 2-5 years of experience. Essential skills include strong knowledge of Indian & Foreign Payroll, HR operations & recruitment, business development & client acquisition, and client coordination & relationship management. Candidates must possess excellent English communication & email writing skills, negotiation & follow-up abilities, proficiency in MS Excel & payroll software, and experience with CRM & reporting tools. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
