On-Site Service Engineer in Odhav, Ahmedabad

Precision Textile Machines Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service / Erection Engineer to join our dynamic team in Odhav, Ahmedabad. This pivotal role involves overseeing the complete lifecycle of our advanced textile machinery, from installation and commissioning to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites. • Handle machine erection, installation, commissioning & servicing with precision and efficiency.
• Visit customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring optimal machine performance.
• Coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams to streamline all service activities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and operational issues promptly.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, enhancing their operational capabilities.
• Prepare detailed service reports and provide valuable machine performance feedback to the engineering team.

Required Qualifications & Experience: We are looking for candidates with a Diploma, B.E., or M.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, coupled with 8-15 years of hands-on experience in the textile industry. Essential skills include in-depth knowledge of Textile / Textile Printing Machinery, expertise in Machine Erection & Commissioning, Installation & Troubleshooting, and a strong understanding of Mechanical & Industrial Machinery. Excellent Customer Handling & Communication skills are crucial, along with a willingness to travel extensively. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Rotary Printing Machine / Textile Printing Machinery, especially those with experience with brands like Stovec, SPGPrints, Stork (highest priority), Embee, Krossmark Innovations, Harish Stenter, Monforts Stenter, Benninger, or Dhaal.
