description Liaisoning Executive Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Liaisoning Executive to manage the end-to-end solar project lifecycle. The role involves handling project registration, applications, approvals, and all related documentation while coordinating with key stakeholders such as UGVCL, MGVCL, DGVCL, PGVCL, and Torrent for net‑metering processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with Engineering, Project, Legal, Finance, and Customer teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assisting customers with loan applications through government and private banks.
  • Following up with relevant departments for pending approvals, documentation, and commissioning.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of all formalities.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills, with a solid understanding of DISCOM/net‑metering procedures and the ability to navigate government departments, utility companies, banks, and customer interactions.
