Precision Diagnostics Lab is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our laboratory operations, contributing significantly to our commitment to quality healthcare services. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in laboratory procedures and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory testing, sample collection and analysis with precision and adherence to protocols.
  • Handle and maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments, ensuring their optimal functionality and calibration.
  • Prepare samples meticulously and maintain proper testing records for all procedures.
  • Record test results accurately and prepare comprehensive reports for analysis.
  • Follow all SOPs, safety and quality standards rigorously to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness, meticulous documentation, and accurate inventory management.
  • Coordinate effectively with senior team members for testing and quality-related activities, contributing to team success.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Lab Technician or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in laboratory testing, sample analysis, and handling various lab equipment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and SOP compliance.
  • Excellent documentation skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
