Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD working and construction drawings.
• Create realistic 3D renderings using SketchUp and Enscape.
• Conduct regular site visits, supervision, and execution management to ensure design integrity.
• Design and detail custom furniture pieces.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
• Perform basic estimation and quantity calculations for project materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (B.Tech / M.Tech / B.E. / M.E. / Diploma / Graduation).
• 1-4 years of proven experience in interior design.
• Excellent knowledge and practical proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape.
• Strong practical knowledge of interior execution processes and material specifications.
• Ability to seamlessly manage both design development and on-site execution.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and functionality.
