Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized styling and outfit recommendations.
• Understand clients’ wedding functions, requirements and preferences.
• Achieve individual sales targets through client engagement.
• Assist brides and families with outfit selection and customization.
• Coordinate measurements, trials, alterations and deliveries.
• Handle client follow-ups and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain strong knowledge of collections, fabrics, embroidery and silhouettes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with fashion/designer brands.
• Bridal, ethnic, occasion or luxury fashion experience preferred.
• Strong styling sense and knowledge of Indian fashion.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Fashion/design background preferred.
• Fashion retail experience is mandatory; non-fashion retail candidates will not be considered.
