As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online sales channels, ensuring product accuracy, efficient order processing, and excellent customer support. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with internal teams will be crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activities on various e-commerce platforms.
• Handle product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and high-quality images.
• Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery.
• Address customer queries and coordinate for timely issue resolution.
• Manage online orders, returns, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Maintain accurate product and sales records.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the internal team for smooth order processing and inventory management.

• 12th Pass / Graduate qualification.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations or online selling.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online selling best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Excel.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
