Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees for desktop, laptop, and general IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral-related problems efficiently.
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications for various user needs.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Set up computers and systems for new employees, ensuring all necessary software and access are configured.
• Maintain accurate IT equipment and inventory records.
• Handle and resolve IT support tickets and user queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the senior IT/network team when required, ensuring proper documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware components and networking principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an analytical approach.
• Excellent communication and user-handling skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
