description Business Development Manager (BDM) Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to spearhead our Water Treatment Plant (ETP/STP/ZLD/UF/RO/DM) sales initiatives in the Ahmedabad region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least five years in the water treatment industry, with a minimum of three years managing sales operations within this territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, architects, and interior designers.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate Engineer in Mechanical (preferred) or Diploma in Mechanical.
  • Extensive experience in the water treatment division.
