Apex Tax Solutions is a leading tax consultancy firm based in Ahmedabad, dedicated to providing comprehensive financial and tax services to a diverse clientele. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a challenging opportunity to manage a wide range of accounting and tax compliance activities for multiple clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for multiple clients.
• Prepare and file GST Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C.
• Handle GST Refund Applications, including export refunds and inverted duty structure.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Firms & Companies.
• Manage TDS compliance, including 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, Form 16 & 16A.
• Handle GST/Income Tax notices, scrutiny cases and departmental queries.
• Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase records.
• Support statutory and tax audits.
• Coordinate with clients for documentation and compliance deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation in Commerce or a related field.
• 3-6 years of proven experience in accounting and tax compliance, preferably within a tax consultancy environment.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax & TDS regulations.
• Hands-on experience in GST Refunds, ITR & TDS filing.
• Proficiency in Tally, GST Portal, Income Tax Portal & TRACES.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination.
