🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide information about insurance products, policies, and services
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Achieve daily/monthly performance targets and quality standards
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Follow up with customers for policy renewals and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Education: Graduation (Any Stream) – Mandatory

Experience:

• Experience in customer service/calling/insurance sector is a plus
